Ranking of the most valuable brands

The Kantar Branz platform, which specializes in global brand valuation, has published its annual ranking of the most valuable Spanish trademarks.

The Brandz España 2024 report lists the thirty most valuable Spanish brands according to their financial value and consumer recognition. The total value reaches 100,269 million dollars, which represents a 12% increase in value over the previous year and the highest annual growth rate in the last five years.

ZARA remains the most valuable brand in Spain for the sixth consecutive year, and it is noteworthy that the Inditex group brands represent 32% of the value of the 30 most valuable brands. As a novelty, Estrella Galicia enters for the first time in the top 30 of the ranking, occupying position 28, and Bankinter re-enters the ranking, in position 27.

Certain trends can be observed in all sectors:

  • Increased activity in e-commerce.
  • Sustainability and the environment play a strong role in consumer decision-making.
  • Most consumers reveal a sense of optimism about maintaining the current level of consumption, albeit cautiously.
  • Consumption in the tourism and holiday sector increased by 25% in 2023 and it remains to be seen whether this trend will continue in 2024.

Despite these positive data, the value of the Spanish Top30 is still below that of the surrounding countries, showing that there is room for growth in the value of Spanish brands:
