Celebrating World Anti-Counterfeiting DayWorld Anti-Counterfeiting Day was celebrated on June 8. Within this World Day, the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office, O.A. (SPTO) held a technical meeting under the title "Consumer protection against the online purchase of counterfeit products". This meeting allowed attendees to address the issue from different points of view: consumer associations, brand representatives, law enforcement agencies and online sales platforms. There is no doubt that the mutual knowledge and possible areas of cooperation that this type of meeting brings is always effective. The SPTO also took advantage of this special day to launch a new video promoting the Autenticiudad Project, which can be viewed at this link:
