Participation of the SPTO in the podcast Privilegios de Invención (Invention Privileges)From the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office, O.A. (SPTO) we like to participate in the new dissemination actions proposed to us by the different actors in the industrial property scene. In line with this, the director of the SPTO has participated in a new episode of the Podcast prepared by PONS IP "Privileges of Invention". On the International Anti-Counterfeiting and Piracy Day, which is celebrated every June 8, PONS IP has prepared a program that features, among other sections, a colloquium with the intervention of Aida Fernández, director of the SPTO and Carmen González Candela, director of Brand and Brand Intelligence PONS IP. During the episode, topics such as the importance of the joint work of public and private entities in the fight against counterfeit products, the need for a solid strategy for the protection of intangible assets, as well as the services offered by companies specializing in industrial property and e-commerce platforms for the identification and elimination of counterfeits are discussed.
