Express Design service start-up

With the aim of expediting designs presentation and preventing possible formal problems.

Rush is not always good but it is sometimes unavoidable. At the SPTO we are starting-up the Express Design service with the aim of expediting designs presentation and preventing possible formal problems.

This service consists of a prediagnosis of the designs that would be submitted and also a support after the electronic presentation of them. It works by appointment that can be requested on the email account DisenoExpres@oepm.es. If you think about using this postbox, please remember attaching the designs that would be submitted with their corresponding views; if sending them by email were not possible, please make us know it writing. In a 24-hour period you will have an answer and if your design presentation were possible we would help you to do it electronically, either in-person or remote way.
