Resumen de: CN118256415A

The invention provides a genetic engineering strain for producing polylactic acid, which is characterized in that a modified D-lactic dehydrogenase gene, a modified propionyl coenzyme A transferase gene and a modified polyhydroxyalkanoate synthase gene are synthesized into a target gene, and a promoter of propionyl coenzyme A transferase and a promoter of polyhydroxyalkanoate synthase are optimized. The engineering cell strain is obtained by overexpressing acetyl coenzyme A synthase, weakening the expression of acetokinase and knocking out genes of key enzymes, namely acetyl coenzyme A carboxylase, keto synthase and beta-ketoacyl-ACP synthase III, of a fatty acid pathway, and introducing recombinant plasmids into the engineering strain. The engineering cell strain adopts a high-density fermentation strategy, so that the biomass of cyanobacteria is improved, the problem that only sugar-sourced raw materials can be used for producing polylactic acid in the prior art is solved, the problems of plastic pollution and excessive emission of greenhouse gas carbon dioxide are expected to be solved at the same time, and the engineering cell strain has great potential industrial application value.
