A free radical polymerization initiator system having at least one monoacylphosphine oxide of formula (I)in whichR1, R2, R3 independently of one another are each H, or a linear or branched C1-C10 alkyl radical or OR6,R4 is a linear or branched C1-C10 alkyl radical, C1-C10 alkoxy radical, cyclohexyl radical or a phenyl, methylphenyl or mesityl radical,R5 is a linear or branched C1-C10 alkyl radical,R6 is a linear or branched C1-C6 alkyl radical, andn is 0, 1, 2 or 3,and at least one phenolic inhibitor, wherein the molar ratio of inhibitor to photoinitiator is in a range from 0.002 to 0.9. The initiator system is particularly suitable for the photopolymerization of radically polymerizable compositions containing urethane group-containing monomers and for the production of dental moldings with low discoloration.

A method for dehydrating an object includes forming a container from a moisture wicking, air impermeable, polyvinyl alcohol sheet. The sheet is folded upon itself to form a folded structure having layer of the sheet in facing relationship with a second layer of the sheet. The first layer is sealed to the second layer along the length of a first open edge. The first layer is sealed to the second layer along the length of a second open edge; the opposed to the first open edge forming an open-ended container at a remaining open edge. An object to be dehydrated is placed in the container and the first layer is sealed to the second layer along the remaining layer.
