The second European Industrial Property (IP) Forum was held in Barcelona on November 21 and 22. This event, organized by the Association for the Defense of Trademarks, ANDEMA, with the support of the SPTO, aims to analyze the situation of the Industrial Property (IP) sector in Europe from the perspective of the professionals involved.

In the digital age, Industrial Property (IP) protection is a necessity, especially for small and medium-sized enterprises. The SME Fund was born in 2022 with the purpose of providing financial support to SMEs in the European Union (EU) in the protection of their Intellectual and Industrial Property rights.
