New call for the SME Fund "Ideas Powered for business" 2024.

The European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) is relaunching the "Ideas Powered for business" SME Fund.

The Fund consists of a bonus program aimed at SMEs in the European Union (EU) in the field of industrial property rights. The new 2024 call again includes bonuses for eligible trademark, design, patent and plant variety rights applications both in the EU and abroad.

The terms and conditions of the call require:

1. Submit the application for the voucher and await approval of the grant.
2. Carry out the procedure for which the subsidy has been requested.
3. Accredit that the procedure has been presented in order to request the payment of the subsidy for the amount granted.

The application process begins on January 22, 2024 and will last until December 6, 2024.
