The biodegradable polyester composition of the present invention includes a biodegradable polyester and a titanium element. A content of the titanium element in the biodegradable polyester composition is 55-86 ppm; and an acid number of the biodegradable polyester composition is 1.10-1.96 mg KOH/g. By controlling the content of the titanium element in the biodegradable polyester composition and the acid number and combining with specific types and contents of the polymerizable monomers, a product prepared from the biodegradable polyester composition has both good anti-aging performance and excellent disintegration performance, and can be used for preparing degradable fruit and vegetable bags and garbage bags.
