A biodegradable industrial film containing starch, polyvinyl alcohol and calcium carbonate is characterized in that said components are present in the following quantities: 55-59.1 wt.% starch; 40-44 wt.% polyvinyl alcohol; 0.85-0.9 wt.% calcium carbonate. The technical result includes rendering the film less noisy in use, reducing the decomposition time of the film, increasing the strength properties of the film, providing enhanced shock-absorbing properties to protect a packaged object, and achieving an almost complete reduction in moisture permeability.

Disclosed is a preparation method for a biodegradable hydrothermal carbonized straw and corn starch composite film. The preparation method includes: firstly, 5 collecting hydrothermal carbonized straws, and then weighing the hydrothermal carbonized straws, corn starch, glycerol, celluouse nanofiber and deionized water, mixing all the weighed raw materials, stirring a mixture until gelatinization, performing eating, and then adding a mixed solution into a twin-screw extruder to obtain film granules, and finally, blow molding the film granules by a film blow-molding machine 10 to form a plastic film, and performing cutting, rolling and packaging, and then obtaining the biodegradable hydrothermal carbonized straw and corn starch composite film. The composite film prepared by the method of the present invention reduces an imbibition coefficient and an imbibition rate of the film, further reduces a rate of starch dissolution and deterioration, and prolongs service life of the film under outdoor conditions.
