Disclosed in the present invention is a method for synthesizing a silver oxide nanomaterial using a microorganism with assistance of a low-frequency ultrasound. In the method of the present invention, the microorganism such as Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt) is used, and a low-frequency ultrasonic technology is used for assisting the biosynthesis process of Bt-Ag2O NPs. At different growth stages of Bt and in the synthesis process of Ag2O NPs, different ultrasonic treatments are introduced to induce changes of microbial cells and metabolism, and then a nano silver oxide material having a high recovery rate, a good dispersion performance and good insect inhibition characteristics is obtained by means of adjusting parameters such as Bt bacterium solution, silver precursor, pH of a reaction system, synthesis temperature and time in the synthesis process. The preparation method published in the present invention can be used in the green synthesis process of relevant nano metal oxides. The method has the characteristics of simple production process, environmental protection, relatively low cost and the like, and has great market application prospect and value.

The present application relates to a method for preparing a Curcumae longae rhizoma extract, a product thereof and the use thereof in the prevention and control of plant powdery mildew. The preparation method comprises: drying and pulverizing Curcumae longae rhizoma raw materials, then extracting same with an ethanol aqueous solution to obtain an extract liquid; concentrating the extract liquid, and extracting same with an organic solvent to obtain an aqueous-phase product and an oil-phase product; and performing molecular distillation on the oil-phase product to remove Curcumae longae rhizoma oleoresin and obtain the product. The Curcumae longae rhizoma extract prepared in the present application has excellent effects in preventing and controlling plant powdery mildew, has the advantages of being safe, low toxicity, rapid biodegradability, not easily developing drug resistance and being conducive to sustainable development, stable physical and chemical properties, a long storage period and low toxicity to terrestrial organisms, and has good economic and ecological benefits.
