The preparation method therefor comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing and stirring the aqueous polyolefin dispersion, the ethylene-acrylic acid copolymer emulsion, the wax emulsion, the filler, the anti-settling agent, the microbicide, and the defoaming agent, filtering the mixture, and discharging the resulting material. The obtained aqueous hot melt adhesive can achieve bonding sealing between a plastic film and dialysis paper and has a good storage stability; and when the plastic film such as PE and the dialysis paper are peeled apart, the paper would not be torn, thereby effectively preventing medical supplies from being contaminated by impurities such as paper scraps and solving the problem of balance between bonding sealing and paper scraps not falling off during peeling.
