Nueva aplicación para Contestación al Suspenso de Transferencias, Cambios de Nombres y Licencias de Marcas y Nombres Comerciales (CETS)

Desde el  próximo 6 de mayo, estará disponible en la web de la OEPM una nueva aplicación para Contestación al Suspenso de Transferencias, Cambios de Nombres y Licencias de Marcas y Nombres Comerciales (CETS). Esta aplicación pretende facilitar el procedimiento de presentación de dichos trámites que anteriormente no podía realizarse a través de la web de la OEPM. El acceso a la aplicación se realizará a través de la Sede Electrónica, en el apartado “Presentación de otros Trámites de signos distintivos”.
