El pasado 28 de abril, la Oficina Española de Patentes y Marcas, O.A. (OEPM) celebró un seminario en línea para tratar un tema que está suscitando gran interés y sobre el que la sociedad está demandando más información; la posibilidad de que la inteligencia artificial sea considerada inventora en una solicitud de patente.
Durante el coloquio, el Director de la OEPM, D. José Antonio Gil Celedonio y la Profesora de Derecho Mercantil de la Universidad de Murcia, Dña. Luz Sánchez García, autora del libro “El Inventor Artificial. Un reto para el Derecho de Patentes”, intercambiaron sus distintos puntos de vista sobre este tema.
La sesión fue retransmitida a través del canal de streaming de la OEPM y registró 50 usuarios conectados. La grabación del evento está disponible en el canal institucional de YouTube.
