Cómo sacar provecho a las marcas españolas en el mercado global”. Esta publicación ofrece a la empresa española la información práctica necesaria para saber cómo licenciar las marcas de su propiedad y explotarlas en el extranjero a través de un tercero, al tiempo que le permite identificar la normativa legal aplicable a este tipo de contratos.
Asimismo, el cuaderno expone las claves de la redacción del contrato de licencia de marcas, así como los elementos particulares a tener en cuenta en el mismo (tipo de marca, territorio para el que se autoriza su uso, características del mercado en cuestión, intereses de las partes, aspectos financieros, regulaciones fiscales, etcétera).
