Tue Apr 11 09:00:00 CEST 2017Con motivo de la entrada en vigor el 1 de abril de la nueva Ley 24/2015 de Patentes, informamos de que está disponible una nueva actualización del programa Online Filing con el nuevo formulario ES(5101E) de solicitud de patente nacional y modelo de utilidad. Se encuentra disponible en la web de la OEPM, en la sección Descarga de programas de Solicitud-e de Invenciones:

Asimismo también están disponibles una nueva versión del actual módulo de solicitud ES(3101E), de ES(TSubs) para la realización de trámites subsiguientes, y de ESEPVL, para la validación de patente europea.
Se recuerda que, a partir del 1 de abril, es imprescindible la actualización de los diferentes módulos de e-OLF, para garantizar la correcta tramitación de las solicitudes y trámites subsiguientes presentados
