Mon Nov 12 11:54:00 CET 2018Organizado por el Centro de Estudios Internacionales de la Propiedad Industrial (CEIPI) de la Universidad de Estrasburgo y el Instituto Europeo de Patentes (EPI) este Curso de Derecho de Patentes, de dos años de duración, ofrece un programa de formación sistemática y completa de los fundamentos jurídicos y la práctica en materia de derecho Europeo de Patentes, el sistema internacional PCT y aspectos fundamentales del derecho español.
Dirigido a ingenieros, abogados, científicos o técnicos responsables de una cartera de patentes o que trabajen en el ámbito de la Propiedad Industrial, el curso facilita el intercambio con profesionales en patentes en toda Europa y sirve como formación previa para el Examen de Cualificación Europeo (EQE) y para la práctica de la profesión ya sea en empresas, agencias, despachos de abogados, Universidades, Centros Tecnológicos, OTTs o OTRIs.
