Wed Jun 19 10:30:00 CEST 2024La Escuela de Organización Industrial imparte el “Curso en Derecho Europeo de Patentes” que ofrece formación teórica y práctica en los aspectos fundamentales del sistema de patentes español, europeo, PCT y de la legislación internacional relacionada. El Curso sirve además como preparación para el Examen Europeo de Calificación (EQE), que permite la inscripción como Agente Europeo de Patentes, y para el Examen de Agente de la Propiedad Industrial en España.
El Curso tiene una duración de 160 horas y las sesiones se imparten un viernes al mes, en horario de 10:00 a 13:30 y de 15:00 a 19:00 h. Estas sesiones incluirán tanto exposiciones del profesorado como la realización de casos prácticos relacionados con los procedimientos de solicitud de patentes, informes periciales, negociación de licencias o litigios en la jurisdicción mercantil.
El Curso en Derecho Europeo de Patentes es una de las actividades que se realizan en colaboración con la Escuela de Organización Industrial en el marco de la Cátedra de Innovación y Propiedad Industrial Carlos Fernández-Novoa.
