Fri Dec 01 10:50:00 CET 2017Ante los cambios introducidos por los nuevos instrumentos legislativos en materia de marcas de la Unión Europea, la Oficina de Propiedad Intelectual de la Unión Europea (EUIPO) ha publicado una Comunicación conjunta sobre la representación de los nuevos tipos de marcas con objeto de armonizar los requisitos establecidos por las diferentes Oficinas nacionales, facilitar el proceso de transposición de la nueva Directiva y lograr que las nuevas disposiciones se apliquen de una forma armonizada y coherente en toda la Red Europea de Propiedad Intelectual.
Esta Comunicación común será actualizada periódicamente con el fin de reflejar la evolución de las posiciones de los Estados miembros, tanto antes como después de la transposición de la nueva Directiva sobre marcas a su legislación nacional.
