Thu Mar 27 13:50:00 CET 2025El próximo lunes 24 de marzo se lanzará una actualización del trámite de solicitud de marcas y nombres comerciales, que dará cumplimiento a los desarrollos informáticos en Signos Distintivos previstos en la Resolución de la Dirección de la OEPM de fecha 27/11/2024 relacionados con la exención del pago de la tasa de solicitud cuando el domicilio o sede social del solicitante se corresponda con uno de los municipios afectados por la DANA.
La nueva versión permitirá a los solicitantes que residan o tengan su domicilio social en algunos de los municipios afectados presentar sus solicitudes de marcas y nombres comerciales sin pagar la tasa de solicitud.
