La jornada contará con la participación de Javier de la Cueva, abogado y coautor del informe para la Comisión Europea “Open Science and Intellectual Property Rights”; Eva Relaño Reyes, jefa de servicio de Patentes Químicas II (biotecnología y alimentación) de la OEPM y Pilar Rico Castro, jefa de la Unidad de Acceso Abierto, Repositorios y Revistas de la FECYT.
Durante la misma se debatirá sobre las complementariedades o posibles conflictos entre la ciencia abierta y la regulación de la propiedad intelectual e industrial. Además, incluirá un apartado para que los investigadores compartan sus experiencias y problemas encontrados.
