The SPTO does not carry out bespoke patent valuations. However, the SPTO does advise users and offer them guidance on the most suitable tools available for carrying out evaluations of their patents or patent portfolios.
Look out for the workshops, courses and seminars on patent management and evaluation that are organised by a number of different organisations and are published as they arise on the SPTO web page (www.oepm.es).
