When no pre-operative three-dimensional imaging is available, population-based models refined by patient input parameters constrain geometry. A six-degree-of-freedom user interface renders sliders and proximity indicators using a sensor stack to converge on the computed pose. Non-rigid keypoint analysis with Random Sample Consensus detects discontinuities, while alignment characteristics derived from vertebra and orthopedic standardized rotation frames provide spinopelvic metrics and distal-to-distal relationships.
