本发明公开了一种基于量子计算的医疗影像诊断方法及系统，包括获取通过低剂量扫描获得的原始影像数据；对医疗数据利用量子变换算法对原始影像数据进行处理，以重建得到更高质量的影像数据；对所述更高质量的影像数据的至少两个层级进行逐级细化分析，以确定病灶区域及其特征；其中，后一层级为前一层级识别的关注区域以更小的尺度分隔的像素块序列；根据所确定的病灶区域及其特征生成诊断报告。系统包括数据采集模块、量子处理模块、多层级分析模块以及诊断输出模块。本发明将量子计算与多层级图像分析相结合，可实现能够从低剂量影像数据重建更高质量的影像数据，并通过逐级细化分析确定病灶区域及其特征。
