The OEPM resumes-in person citizen serviceOn October 1, the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office, O.A. (OEPM) resumed-in citizen service. The hours open to the public are from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. However, this service is provided exclusively with an appointment, which must be requested through the following telephones:
However, for paper presentations, the banking service is no longer available at the OEPM facilities. To make your payments in paper format and in person, you will have to go to any of the Caixabank offices and then submit your requests at the OEPM office with an appointment or at any of the places authorized for this purpose by law 39/2015, in article 16, section 4:
